20% Bonus Shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Now Listed in NEPSE

23,12,497.2214 unit bonus shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 20th AGM on 23rd Ashwin, 2078. The AGM endorsed the 21.053% dividend worth Rs. 23,34,25,020.01 to shareholders for the fiscal year 2077/78. 20% bonus shares and 1.053% cash dividend were proposed. The dividend was distributed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,15,62,48,610.69.
The same 20% bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, DDBL has an LTP of Rs. 1,135.
