200% Right Shares of Ghalemdi Hydro And 9.50% Bonus Shares of Miteri Development Bank Limited Listed In NEPSE

1,10,00,000 units of right shares of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) have been listed in NEPSE.

Earlier, Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) issued a 1:2 ratio right share i.e. 1,10,00,000 units to its shareholders from 10th Mangsir to 16th Poush, 2080. Out of which only 77,82,276 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 32,17,724 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from 9th Magh to 23rd Magh, 2080.

The same 1,10,00,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Muktinath Capital Banking Limited was the auction manager for the company.

As of writing, GHL has an LTP of Rs. 171.50.

Similarly, 9,64,251.365 unit bonus shares of Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 18th AGM on 14th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 234th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.01 Arba. 9.5% bonus shares and 0.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

MDB closed at Rs. 400.90 yesterday.
