22% Bonus Shares of Nerude Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

13,20,000 unit bonus shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 16th AGM on 28th Magh and endorsed a 23.1579% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 299th meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a 1.1579% cash dividend worth Rs. 69.47 Lakhs (Tax purpose) and a bonus dividend of 22% worth Rs. 13.20 Crores for the Fiscal Year 2078/79. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 60 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
NLBBL closed at Rs. 572 yesterday.
