25% Bonus Shares of Sana Kisan Laghubitta (SKBBL) Listed in NEPSE

31,28,827.4552 units bonus shares of Sana Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 20th AGM of the company held on 18th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 26.315% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 426th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 08 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 25% bonus shares worth Rs. 31.28 crores and 1.315% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 1.64 crores have been proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Poush 05 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
SKBBL closed at Rs. 1,240 yesterday.
