29% Bonus Shares of NIC Asia Bank Now Listed in NEPSE

3,35,35,615.56 unit bonus shares of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 26th AGM on Ashoj 28, 2080, and endorsed a 30.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 29% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.35 Arba and a 1.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 17.35 crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.56 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Out of 3.35 crore units of bonus shares, 1.71 crore units are promoter shareholders, and 1.64 crore units falls in public shares.
NICA closed at Rs. 510.90 yesterday.
