29.47 Lakh Bonus Shares of Nepal SBI Bank Listed in NEPSE for Trading

29,47,755.9338 unit bonus shares of Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 29th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 25th Poush, 2079. The company endorsed a 10.53% dividend worth Rs. 1.03 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 492nd board of directors meeting on Mangsir 12, 2079 decided to distribute a 10.53% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9,82,58,53,113. 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 29,47,75,594 and 7.53% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 73,98,86,735 were endorsed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SBI closed at Rs. 312.90 last Thursday.
