10,55,440.24 unit bonus shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Ltd. (LBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 17th AGM on 29th Poush, 2081, and endorsed 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.55 crores and 4% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 14.07 crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.07 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, LBBL has an LTP of Rs. 421.
