4% Agricultural Bond (8 & 9 years) Approved by SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal has approved the bond proposal of 4% Agricultural Bond (8 & 9 years).
1,20,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. Thus, the bond is worth Rs. 12,00,00,00,000. The entirety of the issue will be subscribed via private placement. Half of the bond worth 6 Arba will mature in 8 years and the other half will mature in 9 years.
NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed the issue manager. The regulatory board approved the proposal on Ashad 10, 2078.
