4% Bonus Shares of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited Listed in NEPSE

40,00,000 unit bonus shares of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 3rd AGM on 20th Falgun, 2080, and endorsed a 4.21% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 55th board of directors meeting held on Magh 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10 Arba. 4% bonus shares and 0.21% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
HRL closed at Rs. 592.50.
