20,04,666.57 unit bonus shares of National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 36th AGM on 7th Bhadra, 2081, and endorsed a 4% bonus share distribution of Rs. 20.04 crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 5.01 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of now, NLICL has an LTP of Rs. 637.00.
