40,245 Unit Right Shares (Auctioned) of Nepal Finance Limited Listed in NEPSE

40,245 units of right shares of Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) have been Listed in NEPSE.
The company issued 1:0.70 ratio right shares to its shareholders from 6th Jestha to 26th Jestha, 2079. The remaining unsold 11,36,716.187 unit right shares were later auctioned to the general public from 7th to 24th Ashad, 2079. However, the auction received bids for only 40,245 units which are now listed in NEPSE.
NFS has an LTP of Rs. 288.
