4.75% Bonus Shares of Manakamana Smart Laghubitta (MKLB) Listed in NEPSE

67,329.11 unit bonus shares of Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 5th AGM on Chaitra 16 and endorsed a 5% dividend worth Rs. 70.87 lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 79th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 16 decided to distribute the 5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.17 crores. 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 67.32 lakhs and 0.25% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.54 lakhs were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. MKLB closed at Rs. 768 yesterday.
