4.75% Bonus Shares of Mandakini Hydropower Listed in NEPSE

2,79,317.53 unit bonus shares of Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company conducted its 10th AGM on Poush 29, 2080, and endorsed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The board of directors meeting on the 29th Mangsir decided to distribute the dividend. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) was proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, MHL has an LTP of Rs. 417.90.
