4.75% Bonus Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Listed in NEPSE

58,10,437.50 units of bonus shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 18th AGM on 15th Ashad and endorsed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 453rd meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 17 decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 12,23,25,00,000.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
NRIC closed at Rs. 660 yesterday.
