4.75% Bonus Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Listed in NEPSE

60,86,433.28 unit of bonus shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 9th AGM on 17th Jestha, 2081 and endorsed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 515th meeting of the board of directors held on Baishakh 03 decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 60.86 Crore and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 3.20 crore from the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.81 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 866.
