5% Bonus Shares of Super Madi Hydropower Now Listed in NEPSE

10,50,000 unit bonus shares of Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 15th AGM on 5th Kartik, 2081, and endorsed a 5.263% dividend of FY 2080/81 for shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 8 has proposed a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.50 Crores and 0.263% cash dividend worth Rs. 55,26,316 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 2.10 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SMHL has an LTP of Rs. 1,640.00.
