5% Bonus Shares of United Insurance Company Listed in NEPSE

5,14,080 unit bonus shares of United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) have been Listed in NEPSE.
The company called its 29th AGM for FY 2078/79 on 27th Poush and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend. The 376th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 25, 2079 decided to distribute a 5.2632% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.02 Arba. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.14 crores and 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 27.05 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
UIC closed at Rs. 434 yesterday.
