50% Right Shares of Liberty Energy Company Limited Approved By SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the rights offering proposal of Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC).
The company will be issuing 50% right shares worth Rs. 75 Crore through the issue of 7,500,000 (1: 0.5) units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
The current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.50 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share i.e. 75 lakhs units, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 2.25 Arba.
Prabhu Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
As of writing, LEC closed at Rs. 278.00.
