50,00,250 Unit Bonus Shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

50,00,250 unit bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 15th AGM of the company held on 28th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 31.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 281st meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 09 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.69 Arba. 29.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 50 crores and 1.5526% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 52.63 crores were proposed. The cash dividend were proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Poush 13 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
