51 Lakh Units Promoter Shares of Sanima Bank Limited in Auction From Today
Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) is auctioning its promoter shares.
The auction has opened today, i.e. on Kartik 16, 2079, and bids will have to be submitted within 7 days of notice publication.
51,00,000 unit promoter shares are being auctioned. The commercial bank had auctioned the said promoter shares previously to its existing promoters. However, no bids were submitted. Thus, only individuals and institutions besides the promoters are eligible to bid in the auction this time.
Rs. 145 is the minimum bid rate for the auction while the minimum bid quantity is 10,00,000 unit shares.
