5,42,965 Promoter Shares of Premier Insurance in Auction From Today
The existing promoter of Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited is auctioning the promoter shares of the insurance company. The auction has opened today, i.e. on 14th Shrawan, and will close on 22nd Shrawan, 2078.
5,42,965 units promoter shares have been auctioned. The existing promoters, individuals, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 500 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity for shares is 500 units, there is no upper limit for both shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
NIC Asia Capital is the auction manager. As of writing, the promoter shares have an LTP of Rs. 625.
