6,39,535.22 shares of Nepal Agro Laghubitta are now listed under the name of Infinity Laghubitta.

Infinity Laghubitta accomplished the acquisition process of Nepal Agro Laghubitta and has begun a joint transaction on Bhadra 4, 2078. The SGM of Infinity Laghubitta endorsed the board’s decision to acquire Nepal Agro Laghubitta and fixed the share swap ratio at 100:98 shares between these organizations.

The joint transaction was kickstarted by the chairman of then Nepal Agro Laghubitta Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karmacharya, BoD of Infinity Laghubitta Mr. Balram Bista, CEO of the microfinance Mr. Prabin Kumar Lama among others.

After the acquisition, Infinity Laghubitta had a paid-up capital of Rs 32.46 crore, has 85 branches in 39 districts, 342 employees, 74K plus customers, a deposit figure of Rs 1.15 Arba, credit disbursement of Rs 4.14 Arba.
