6.5% Bonus Shares of Guheshowori Merchant Banking & Finance Listed in NEPSE

6,17,760 unit bonus shares of Guheshowori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 21st AGM on 27th Magh and endorsed a 6.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Poush 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 95.04 Crores. 6.50% bonus shares worth Rs 6.17 Crores and 0.34% cash dividend (including bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 32.51 Lakh were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, GMFIL has an LTP of Rs. 303.10.
