66,84,805.45 unit bonus shares of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 20th AGM of the company held on 25th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 21.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 12 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.34 Arba. 20% bonus shares worth Rs 66.84 crores and 1.0526% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 51.83 lakhs were proposed.
Poush 13 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
