7,00,000 Unit Promoter Shares of NIC Asia Bank in Auction at Rs 250 From Today
The existing promoters of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) are selling 7,00,000 units of promoter shares in an auction to the interested promoter shareholders and general public/institutions from today i.e. on the 6th Poush to 20th Poush, 2080.
7,00,000 unit promoter shares of NICA will be auctioned. Interested general public/institutions including eligible promoter shareholders can bid for the auction. Rs. 250 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,000 units.
NIMB Ace Capital is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on 22nd Poush, 2080 at 3 PM.
As of writing, NICA has an LTP of Rs. 532.
