7,31,959.76 units bonus shares of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 8th AGM held on Mangsir 10, 2078 endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2077/78. The company proposed 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend. 7,31,959.76 units bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 7.31 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 38.52 lakhs.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Kartik 30, 2078 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day were entitled to the dividend payout.
