75,00,000 Right Shares of Liberty Energy Company Allotted to Applicants on Poush 21

Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC) has allotted its 1: 0.50 ratio right shares on 21st Poush, 2081.
75,00,000 units of right shares were issued from Mangsir 16 to Poush 07. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on 21st Kartik, 2081. Thus, investors maintained before that day were eligible to apply for the shares.
The paid-up capital of the company before the issuance of 100% right shares stood at Rs. 1.50 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share i.e. 75 lakh units, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to Rs. 2.25 Arba.
Prabhu Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager.
