772,666 Right Shares of Samriddhi Finance Company Now Listed on NEPSE

7,72,666 unit right shares of Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) have been listed in NEPSE. These shares can now be traded on the secondary market.
The company had issued 2: 1 ratio right shares (27,29,705 units) from 8th Falgun to 29th Falgun, 2078, for the existing shareholders of the company. Out of the total issued units not all shares were subscribed and the remaining 7,72,666 units of shares were sold through an auction from 1st Ashar to 9th Ashar, 2079. The same auctioned shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SFCL has an LTP of Rs. 298.
