8% Bonus Shares of National Life Insurance (NLICL) Listed in NEPSE

37,12,345.50 unit bonus shares of National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The life insurance company convened its 35th AGM on 22nd Jestha and endorsed a 14.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 495th meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.64 Arba. 8% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 37.12 crores and 6.5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 30.16 crores were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. NLICL closed at Rs. 663 yesterday.
