8.5% SBL Debenture 2084 listed in NEPSE

Siddhartha Bank Limited's debenture with a maturity period of seven years is listed in NEPSE. The debenture titled "SBL Debenture 2084" has a coupon rate of 8.5%.

A total of 30 lakhs units are listed. 12 lakh units was open for the public issue and 18 lakh units was to be subscribed via private placement. According to the issue manager, the issue received only 1,093 applications from the general public for a total of 46,214 units. Meanwhile, it was heavily oversubscribed by institutions. 43 applications were received from the institutions for a total of 29,66,800 units. The unsubscribed units from the public was allotted to the institutions. 

Rs. 1000 is the par value for the debenture. SEBON approved the debenture on Ashwin 01.
