"8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" and "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" Allotted to Applicants

Prime Commercial Bank Limited opened the debenture issue titled "8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" from 28th Falgun. The issue was supposed to close on Chaitra 03, 2077. Since the issue was not fully subscribed by the closing date, the deadline was then extended till Chaitra 13.
35,00,000 units were issued at Rs.1000 per unit. While 21 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement, 14 lakh units were offered to the general public (mutual funds included).
The issue manager has now allotted the debenture issue on 26th Chaitra. As the name suggests, this debenture will pay 8.75% interest/ returns to investors annually.
Similarly, Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited also issued "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" from Chaitra 13. The Rinpatra issued a total of 30,00,000 units at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. This issue closed on 18th Chaitra, 2077, at the end of banking hours.
While 18 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement, 11.4 lakh units were issued to the general public. The remaining 60,000 units were then reserved for mutual funds.
The issue manager of this issue has also allotted the units on Chaitra 27th.
