"8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" Opening From Today

Prime Commercial Bank Limited is opening the debenture issue titled "8.75% Prime Debenture 2085". The Debenture will open for application from today, i.e. 28th Falgun, and close on Chaitra 03, 2077. If the issue is not fully subscribed by the closing date, the deadline can be extended till Chaitra 13.

35,00,000 units will be issued at Rs.1000 per unit. While 21 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 14 lakh units will be issued to the general public (mutual funds included). As the name suggests, this debenture will pay 8.75% interest/ returns to investors annually.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 5,00,000 units.
