8.96% Cash Dividend proposed by Shangrila Development Bank; to distribute Rs.23.35 Crore as dividend

The 238th BOD meeting of Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has decided to distribute cash dividend of 8.9593%.
The BOD has proposed to issue 8.9593% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.23.35 Crore out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders of the company. The current paid up capital stands at Rs.2.60 Arba.
This decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.
