"9% KSBBL Debenture 2087" will open for application from Magh 22.

The debenture titled "9% KSBBL Debenture 2087" has a coupon rate of 9%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the debenture to the investors.

A total of 10 lakh units are registered. 4 lakh units will be opened for the public issue and 6 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue is reserved for mutual funds. Rs. 1000 is the par value. Meanwhile, NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units or a maximum of 20,000 units.

The early closing date of the issue is on Magh 26. If the issue is not fully subscribed by then, the deadline can be extended to Falgun 06, 2077.
