9,00,617 unit bonus shares of Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) have been Listed in NEPSE.
The 25th AGM of the company held on 22nd Falgun endorsed 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 323rd meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 27 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 60,04,11,100. 15% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 9 crores and 0.7895% cash dividend (including tax) worth slightly over Rs 47.4 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Magh 24 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till that are entitled to the dividend payout. JFL closed at Rs. 323 yesterday.
