9,14,302.80 unit bonus shares of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (ALBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 8th AGM on 7th Mangsir, 2081, and endorsed a 15% dividend of FY 2080/81 for shareholders. The 157th Board of Directors meeting on Ashwin 6 has decided to distribute 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 9.14 Crores and a 0.75% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 42,12,120 was proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, ALBSL has an LTP of Rs. 811.00.
