93,407 Units Promoter Shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank in Auction From Today
The existing promoter of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) is auctioning the company's promoter shares. 93,407 shares are being auctioned from today, i.e. Kartik 03, 2079.
Sujan Baral, the founder shareholder of this development bank, owns 13,000 shares, Ananta Raj Pokharel 4,000 shares, Yug Raj Regmi 65,000 shares and Ganesh Raj Regmi 11,407 shares totalling to 93,407 units promoter shares are being auctioned. The interested individuals/instituitions should submit their the application to the head office of this bank, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the day of the official notice i.e Kartik 03 (today).
LBBL has a total of 22,336,474 units promoter shares, amounting to 68.01% of the company's shareholding.
