The debenture titled "9.5% Manjushree Finance Limited Debenture, 2085" has a coupon rate of 9.5%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the bond to the investors.

A total of 5 lakh units are registered. 2 lakh units will be opened for the public issue and 3 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue is reserved for mutual funds.
