"9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" Now Listed in NEPSE

The units of "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" are now listed in NEPSE.

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited issued "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" from Chaitra 13. The Rinpatra issued a total of 30,00,000 units at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. This issue closed on 18th Chaitra, 2077, at the end of banking hours. While 18 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement, 11.4 lakh units were issued to the general public. The remaining 60,000 units were then reserved for mutual funds.

"9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" has a coupon rate of 9.5%, meaning it will give investors an annual return of 9.5% on their investment. The Rinpatra will mature in the year 2086. The issue manager of this issue allotted the units on Chaitra 27th.
