"9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" to Open from Chaitra 13th

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086". The Rinpatra will issue a total of 30,00,000 units at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. This issue will open on 13th Chaitra and close on 18th Chaitra, 2077. If not subscribed till the early closing date, this issue can be extended till 27th Chaitra.

While 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 11.4 lakh units will be issued to the general public. The remaining 60,000 units are reserved for mutual funds. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 3 lakh units.

ICRA Nepal has given this Rinpatra a rating of L Triple B. Issues with this rating are considered safe enough to meet their financial objective.
