A week on review: NEPSE gains 16.46 points, broker 28 bought 27,498 units NLIC at 1862 (average price), Naasa Securities tops broker in term of turnover (Exclusive NEPSE and floor sheet Analysis)

The benchmark index NEPSE increased by 16.46 points or 1.16% to close at 1440.29 points this week. NEPSE index opened at 1423.83 points and rises by 7.97 points on Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday, the benchmark index again rises by 24.27 points taking NEPSE to 1456.07 points and onlast trading days (Jan 10) market remains decline by -15.78 points and ends the week at 1440.29 points. This week total trading was 4 and Thursday NEPSE was closed to mark Prithivi Jayanti. Now let us take a look at the sensitive index which started at the week at 297.62 and is following the trend set by the NEPSE index to end the week at 299.66 and the sensitive float and float index both opened at 90.14 and 101.34 respectively and closed at 91.14 and 102.25 respectively.
