Aakash Capital Limited to Hold Sixth Annual General Meeting

Aakash Capital Limited has announced its Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Poush 26, 2081 (January 10, 2025). The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM at the company’s registered office in Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

The AGM will cover key discussions, including:

i. Approval of the annual report for FY 2080/081.
ii. Review and approval of the audit report and financial statements for FY 2080/081.
iii. Appointment of auditors for FY 2081/82 and determination of their remuneration.
iv. To increase the number of directors by amending Regulation 27(2).
v. Formation of a merger committee and authorizing the board to sign a memorandum of understanding for potential mergers or acquisitions.
vi. Authorization for the board to facilitate amendments to the company's articles of association.
