Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta (ACLBSL) Calls 9th AGM on Magh 14; What are the Agendas?

Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has called its 9th AGM 14th Magh, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Banepa Party Venue, Banepa, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the company's annual report.
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2080/81 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) Elect 4 directors from the promoter shareholding group and 2 directors from the public shareholding group.
5) Identify the appropriate company for acquisition with Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta.
6) Provide full authority to the board of directors to amend various necessary proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.

Magh 02 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
