Acquisition Process of Century Capital Markets by Prabhu Capital Completed; Joint Operation to Start from Today

After a successful acquisition of Century Capital Markets by Prabhu Capital Limited, their joint operation starts today, Jestha 01, 2080.
The companies received the final approval for the acquisition from the Office of the Registrar, and regulatory bodies via a letter on Baisakh 26, 2080, and will begin the joint transaction from today under the name "Prabhu Capital Limited".
Earlier, both companies had called their respective SGMs to endorse a share swap ratio of 1: 1 for the merger. Thus, the registered office of Prabhu Capital Limited post-merger will be located at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
