Additional Promoter shares of Nepal Government of Bishal Bazar Company Limited Listed in NEPSE

3,96,08,600 unit additional Promoter shares of Nepal Government of Bishal Bazar Company Limited (BBC) have been listed in NEPSE.

As per the order given by the Supreme Court and Patan Appellate Court, the company was required to change its share structure. At that time, the company had a paid-up capital of Rs 5 crore. The company was then required to add Rs 3.96 arba in capital on behalf of the government. To facilitate this, the company increased its authorized capital to Rs 4.01 arba. Its paid-up and issued capital were also increased accordingly.

The same additional shares are now listed in NEPSE. BBC closed at Rs. 4,176.00.
