After 6 Days Consecutive Loss: NEPSE Ends Today's Session With 13.28 Points Gain

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index recorded an increase of 13.28 points or 0.67% from the previous day's closing, settling at 1,992.30 points. The index had incurred a loss of 26.81 points in the trading session before.
At the commencement of today's trading, the market initiated with the index at 1,980.9, reaching an intraday peak of 1,997.52 and encountering a low of 1,973.30.
During today's trading session, a total of 314 different stocks were traded in 49,940 transactions. The volume of shares traded totaled 5,988,717, resulting in a turnover of Rs. 2.01 Arba. The market capitalization was reported at Rs. 31.31 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 10.71 Kharba.
Sonapur Minerals And Oil Limited (SONA) led in turnover, amassing Rs. 9.71 crores and concluding the day with a market price of Rs. 438.
On a positive note, Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited (BNL) witnessed positive circuits today.
However, Samaj Laghubittya Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) witnessed negative positive circuits for today.
In sector indices, Three sectors indices closed in the red today. The "Manufacturing And Processing Index" saw the highest gain of 2.51%, while the "Finance Index" experienced a loss of 0.25%.
