After Successful Acquisition, Share of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

26,00,000 additional shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) have been listed in NEPSE after a successful acquisition of Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB) by Samata Gharelu Laghubitta.

Samata Gharelu Laghubitta had acquired MKLB with a swap ratio of 1:1. Both companies signed a MoU for acquisition on Bhadra 07, 2080. MKLB's total listed shares were 14,84,785 units and that of SMATA was 41,55,279 units making it a total of 56,40,063 unit shares or Rs 56.40 Crores paid-up capital after the acquisition.

After a successful acquisition of MKLB, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta commenced the joint transaction in the name of "Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited" on 24th Ashadh, 2081. Therefore the listed shares will start trading under the symbol "SMATA."
