After Successful Merger Between JALPA and KLBSL, Shares of Matribhumi Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

62,83,574 shares of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MATRI) after a successful merger between Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) and Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
JALPA and KLBSL signed the merger agreement with each other at a swap ratio of 1:0.8834. JALPA had a paid-up capital of Rs. 18.28 crores, while KLBSL's paid-up capital was Rs. 50.43 crores. Following the merger, the combined paid-up capital has been recalculated to Rs. 62.83 crores
JALPA and KLBSL commenced the joint transaction in the name of "Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MATRI)" on Ashad 27, 2081. The open price range is set as Rs. 1278.39 for the first transactions.
