After Successful Merger Between SABSL and SDLBSL, Shares of Sampada Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

70,08,584 shares of Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SMPDA) after a successful merger between Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) and Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.

SABSL and SDLBSL signed the merger agreement with each other at a swap ratio of 1:1. SABSL had a paid-up capital of Rs. 31.86 crores, while SDLBSL's paid-up capital was Rs. 38.22 crores. Following the merger, the combined paid-up capital has been recalculated to Rs. 70.08 crores

SABSL and SDLBSL commenced the joint transaction in the name of "Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SMPDA)" on 30th Ashadh, 2081. The open price range is set as Rs. 1057 for the first transactions.
