After the Successful Acquisition of ADLB, 2.48 Lakh Additional Shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE For Trading

248,400 additional shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) have been listed in NEPSE after a successful acquisition of Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) by Deprosc Laghubitta.

Deprosc Laghubitta had acquired Adarsha Laghubitta with a swap ratio of 1:1. Both companies signed MoU for acquisition on Ashwin 23, 2079. DDBL's total listed shares were 152,62,484 units and that of ADLB was 248,400 units making it a total of 15,510,883 unit shares or Rs 1.55 Arba paid-up capital after the acquisition.

After a successful acquisition of ADLB, Deprosc Laghubitta commenced the joint transaction in the name of " Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited" from Ashad 01, 2080. Therefore the listed shares will start trading under the symbol "DDBL."

DDBL closed at Rs. 738 today.
